Reference is reference

We sometimes believe that white is white & black is black. Because those knowledge is come from family, friends & college. Those knowledge is good for us to walk safely. Those knowledge cannot help you to create some outstanding and creative idea if you 100% submit to history (reference books & statistics).

When iphone appears in the market, HTC, Samsung, LG & so on only follow it's model.

In my opinion, iphone is successful because of product design + branding + others.

When your co. sells clothing, your co. should be different from your close competitors.

However, difference is not equal to success.

Love....motivator

Someone always has creative ideas because money becomes motivator.

When my site has creative idea afterwards, the motivator should be love. That's all.

Because I really care for my target customers' feeling....
I hope that the site will be full of surprises.
I hope that you will feel my sincerity.

However, I only have 2 hands.....Left hand & right hand.

I fear that the heavy burden of the site will crush me.

I hope that my friends will really help me to maintain this site.
I also hope that they will be blessed.

What is your opinion?

我還記得剛剛完了的Christmas party,我的朋友不知道外賣pizza還是火煱比較好.

每一個人都有自己的意見.
每一個意見都有客觀因素 .
Pizza.....Party應該有西方的氣氛
火煱....當天晚上只有約十度.火煱是一個很好的選擇.

不管怎麼樣,沒有一個絕對完美的意見.

不管您開會或者討論生活,
您也有機會發表您的意見.
如果所有人都支持您的意見,也不等於您的意見是對的.
如果我接受您的意見,也不等於我下了一個好的決定. (Good opinion is not equal to good decision making)

如果您明白這個道理,您就會明白開會只會浪費您的時間.
因為開會只是個人presentation show吧了.

我認識一個老闆,他每事也有很多意見.
不過最大的問題是三日一小變,十日一大變.
同事也做得透不過氣.

老闆有意見,因為意見來自老闆,所以意見變得略有價值.
老闆的意見可能只是他個人的觀察,或者他身邊朋友的意見吧了..
下屬不會say no,怕事的同事更不會say no.
公司的前程在那裏呢?

那麼您是在make a right decision, but not a good decision.

Right decision...因為您做每一個決定不會犯錯,但是您就是跟隨別人的腳步,您的生命只可能用一個"悶"字來形容.

Good decision...意思是:您可能在成功以前,您已經錯了很多次,因為您每一步都不能夠從知識,父母,經驗或您的觀察幫助您.

如果您有成功的決心,那麼您亦要有承擔失敗的勇氣.

Xmas 聖誕

我每一年都好喜歡聖誕節,不過今年除外.
今年六月,一件不幸的事發生在我身上.
由世界盃正式開幕後,我要過著沒有工作的日子.
對我來說,真的是一種挑戰.
我的情況沒有因為世界盃冠軍戰後結束.

同一時間,上天給予我另一條路.....
一條奉獻社會的路.

由我找尋設計師,真到開設公司或者登記商標.......
祂一直給我很多的指示.

天呀....為什麼要這個時候呢?
如果我身上有很多錢,那麼我怎樣做都可以.
可惜我不是.....

回到聖誕節的題目,今年我聖誕節不喜歡逛街,也不喜歡聽聖誕歌.
當我的錢包只剩下少許錢,我又怎麼想留在商店多一秒鐘呢....
我當然不會.

唉....天呀....何時才可以渡過難關呢?

Medical site

Thanks god that my site will be published in Jan 2011.

Although I really want to publish it in this month before 24 Dec 2010, the technical problem sticks my process.

I hope that the site will bless the public who needs physical cure (doctor) and mental cure (love of Jesus).

I am now creating a medical platform which can provide some relevant medical information for the public.

You and I may be sick in some day. I hope that some professional one & some relevant information will give us some more relevant choice.

Wherever you live, I really want to help all of you. In fact, the site should be contributed by you and I. Your contribution will bless others who live in the same community.

Because the whole idea is for you and is based on love of Jesus, I still do not know how to earn money from the site.

When "Money" is not my first priority, I still face some economic difficulties.

I do not post some advertisements when I do not know their service and product's quality. To some extent, I hope that all users can read some better relevant information in my site.

Oh....Jesus...please help me......
